Late Cancellation and No Show Policy

TO OUR VALUED GUESTS:

 

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you: so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in and complete any necessary paperwork or consultation. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Please be advised that should you arrive late for your appointment and we are still able to accommodate you on your scheduled day, your appointment time may be shortened or moved as to not interfere with other guests’ appointments. While all efforts will be made for you to enjoy your full service, service time may be impacted due to late arrival. 

 

 

LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all guests supply a credit card to have securely on-file. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to either 50% of the service fee or $50 whichever is greater. Consultations or  No-cost services will have a $50 no show fee associated. 

  

Clients with Frequent Late Cancellation and No-Showed appointments will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit for future appoints, may have online booking restricted or discharged from the practice. 

All service sales are final.

MEMBERSHIPS: 

Term & Paid-in-Full Memberships

Member Policies: Membership payments cannot be deferred. Treatments do not extend beyond the membership term. QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa does not guarantee a specific number of treatments during the term of the membership. Cancellation: Upon inception, your year long

membership cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred; regardless of side effects, treatment results, or changes in personal circumstances unless cancellation notice is provided in writing. Early cancellation will go into effect on the next billing cycle and a penalty of 1 months membership will be added.

 

No Shows: Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa requires notification 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur a $50.00 automatic cancellation or No Show fee if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged to the account associated with your membership.

 

Late Payments & Default: You are agreeing to have QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa finance the cost of your membership over the term specified in this agreement and you agree to timely make each payment for the duration of the term. A late payment fee of $50.00 will be added to any payment that is more than five (5) days late. You will not be eligible for membership benefits or treatments until your account is brought current, including the payment of any outstanding fees or collection costs. Default interest at an APR of 18%, or the maximum allowable by law, shall accrue on any outstanding balance until paid in full. In addition, you understand and agree that you will be responsible for all other fees, expenses, and costs of collection associated with your failure to make any payment under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, returned check fees, reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and other related costs and expenses.

 

Payment Processing: You understand that Vagaro will handle all payment processing. You hereby authorize Vagaro to draw items (checks, electronic fund transfers, charge cards) for the purpose of paying said payment(s), including any late fees or service fees from the account listed above.

 

 

TREATMENT PACKAGES:

 

Package Policies: Packages are only valid for a set number of treatments. Treatments cannot be transferred to any other party. 

 

Cancellation: Upon inception, your package cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred; regardless of side effects, treatment results, or changes in personal circumstances unless this is cancelled in writing within seven (7) days of purchase of the package. A full price of the session performed will be deducted from the package price.

 

No Shows: Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa requires notification by 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur a $50.00 automatic cancellation or No Show fee if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged to the account associated with your membership. You will not be eligible to use package treatments until all fees have been paid in full.

 

Payment Processing: You understand that Vagaro will handle all payment processing. You hereby authorize Vagaro to draw items (checks, electronic fund transfers, charge cards) for the purpose of paying said payment(s), including any late fees or service fees from the account listed above.

 

 

RETAIL PRODUCTS:

 

Product Policies: All product sales are final. QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa does not offer refunds for any product that was purchased. QEH dba Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa will allow product exchanges on products that have not been opened and are still in their original packaging within 5 days of purchase of equal or lesser value.
